Problem
Government forms are hard – Wealthsimple receives ~40 requests for Home Buyers Plan (HBP) and Lifelong Learning Plan (LLP) withdrawals per month. Each of these tickets cause our customer service hours of work, include wrong information and many are duplicates as clients had to reinitiate due to failure on their first attempt.

Overall solution
Pre-populate the required forms with their name, personal details and account number.
Group sections of the government form in digestible steps. Once the client completes one question, the next would appear. At any point the client is not eligible, the client will know via a blockers screen.
Celebrate the client completing a massive milestone, buying their first home!

6 months after this project launched, there was a 80% time decrease on Home Buyers Plan tickets.
